結構甘めの味付けのお店が多いですが、ここは味噌と醤油のバランスがとてもよくめちゃくちゃ美味い😋
煮込みのおかわり頼もうとしたら大将から炙りチーズがオオスメですよ！とのことでトッピングしてみましたがこれがたまりません🤤一緒に頼んだガーリックバケットとの相性も素晴らしく、森下の煮込みの名店『山利喜』を思い出しました😭何か関係あるのかな？
